There are two entrances into the tower. The main entrance is by a stairway leading up to the main door. This doorway leads into an entrance hall, from there into the main living area.

The living area

The living area, which is circular, is a luxurious living space with wooden floors, and soft lighting. The restored stone work that extends from floor level upwards to a domed brickwork roof gives the room a wine cellar ambience.

A magnificent view of Dublin bay can be seen from the balcony terrace that opens out from the living room and which overhangs the coastline below.

The living area also comprises an open fire place with electric fire, flat screen internet smart television, two large sofas and dining table.

From the living area, access to the upper level is made via the stone stairwell. These narrow stairs in their original state open up into the kitchen / dining room that boasts a magnificent 360° view of Dublin bay and surrounding areas. With the feature of the original cannon plinth in the centre of the room the kitchen, with its modern hand crafted burgundy units, and all mod cons, has seating at an extending dining table for up to 12 people.

Appliances include microwave, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, fridge, freezer electric hob, electric oven, iron and kettle. Also on this level there is a utility room and a separate wc.

The lower level bedrooms are accessible either via the narrow internal stone staircase or from another external entrance doorway at ground level.  At this level there are two bedrooms and a bathroom.

The first bedroom, named ‘The James Joyce Room’ has been designed for maximum comfort with a king size bed, designer furniture and soft furnishings. This room is furnished in a tasteful fashion and benefits from natural light from the window, which given the 3 metre thickness of the Tower wall, creates a lovely “light corridor” feature. There is a double wardrobe, bedside tables and for any extra guests a pull out bed option.

The Second bedroom ‘The Napoleon Room’ is also designed with comfort in mind with a

double bed , and a beautiful view from the bedroom window.

Both rooms have access to the main bathroom.

The main bathroom is decorated in floor to ceiling mirror tiles. There is a toilet, sink, with the main feature being a Jacuzzi bath with power shower.

The site provides for 3 car parking spaces in the walled and gated access area immediately adjacent to the Tower.

For those who want to keep in touch with the outside world, we have  internet access available in the tower .
